Net Commitment Period Compensation (NCPC) is the "make whole" payment to an eligible Resource and/or external transaction that did not recover its offered costs from the Energy Market during an Operating Day. In the Day-Ahead NCPC settlement, the charges for Day-Ahead NCPC LSCPR for multiple Reliability Regions are distributed to one Reliability Region. NCPC - Day-Ahead Multiple Reliability Region LSCPR Charge Allocation reallocates charges among every Participant with a Day-Ahead Load Obligation in the applicable regions. Day-Ahead Multiple Reliability Region LSCPR Charge Allocation settlement information will be provided under the Standard Settlement Reporting Structure.
